Role Objective
We are seeking a versatile MEP Designer to lead the design and implementation of essential building systems. You will be responsible for creating integrated solutions for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring they meet both functional requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
System Design: Create comprehensive 2D/3D layouts using
AutoCAD for:
- Electrical: Power distribution, internal/external lighting, and LAN/Data networking.
- Mechanical: HVAC (Air Conditioning) and ventilation systems.
- Public Health: Plumbing, drainage, and water supply.
- Life Safety: Fire detection and suppression systems.
Planning Estimation: Develop accurate
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and lead material planning to ensure project cost-efficiency.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local and international electrical safety standards and building codes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact for architects, site engineers, and vendors.
Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior draftsmen or site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
