Job Summary

A Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager in Bhubaneswar is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects. Key responsibilities typically include:

* Project Planning and Coordination: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP systems. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP components into overall project plans. Entry

* Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring MEP design teams on large and medium-sized projects to ensure successful delivery.

* Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works, reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director, design, and commercial team.

* MEP Architect Project Management.

* Organising and managing technical review team resources and input.

* Overseeing the billing, BOQ and design.

* Planning Development & Execution.

Lead, Responsible for handling Companies all Project MEP Services - Electricals, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, CCTV, HVAC for Project Execution, Maintenance, Planning

Co-ordination and all other related work assigned Lead and Communicate with Architects, MEP Consultant, for coordination for finalization of Design.
