Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior MEP Engineer with a strong background in
residential real estate projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in
MEP design review, coordination with architectural and structural teams, and managing consultants to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs provided by external consultants.
- Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Participate in design development meetings and provide technical inputs to optimize MEP solutions.
- Identify design clashes and lead interdisciplinary coordination to resolve them.
- Monitor and guide consultants to ensure timely submission of drawings and documentation.
- Support project teams during execution, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Conduct site visits to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
