Role Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and allied MEP services for commercial interior projects

Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to derive accurate costing inputs

Perform quantity take-offs from layouts and technical drawings

Support HVAC load-based costing and equipment estimation activities

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors for quotations and technical inputs

Compare vendor proposals on technical and commercial parameters

Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and costing summaries

Work closely with the Costing Manager for commercial submissions and bid evaluations

Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and business teams during bid preparation

Track market pricing trends for MEP materials and equipment

Ensure estimates are aligned with project specifications and industry standards

Support preparation of project budgets and cost comparisons

Maintain costing databases and standardized templates for recurring project requirements

Support technical-commercial clarification processes with internal and external stakeholders
