MEP / BOQ / DESIGN COORDINATION

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works with architectural and structural teams.

* Review and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts and designs.

* Prepare, review and verify BOQs for MEP works.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams for smooth execution.

* Identify design clashes and coordinate for timely resolution.

* Review technical specifications, drawings and material requirements.

* Monitor MEP quantities, measurements and variations.

* Support estimation, costing and tender-related activities.

* Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate between design and execution teams to minimize site issues.

Qualifications

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.

* Experience in MEP coordination, BOQ preparation and design coordination.

* Good knowledge of MEP drawings, quantity estimation and construction practices.

* AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

* Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Construction / Real Estate project experience preferred.
