Position Overview

We are hiring an MEP Billing Engineer / Billing Support professional who will be

responsible for handling billing activities, quantity verification, BOQ analysis, and

coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience

in MEP billing processes along with good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD

quantification.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation and verification of MEP billing documents

* Handling client billing and vendor billing activities

* Quantity verification and measurement sheet preparation

* BOQ preparation and rate analysis

* Coordination with site teams and project stakeholders for billing inputs

* Reviewing project quantities as per drawings and site execution

* Maintaining billing records and supporting project documentation

* Performing quantification using 2D AutoCAD drawings

* Ensuring timely submission of bills and related reports

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of MEP billing activities

* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis

* Experience in quantity verification and measurement sheets

* Good command of MS Excel

* Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD quantification

* Good coordination and communication skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy in billing calculations

* Ability to work with project and site teams effectively

Qualifications & Experience

* Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field

* Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP billing/support activities

* Preferred candidates with practical exposure to client and vendor billing

processes
