MEP Billing Engineer – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi

Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.
• Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
• Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
• Handle billing, reconciliation, rate analysis, and variation/extra-item tracking.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project, MEP, QS, Procurement, and Site teams.
• Maintain billing and commercial documentation.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in MEP Billing/QS.
• Mandatory experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV services.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, BOQ, RA Billing, and quantity estimation.
• Strong numerical, coordination, and communication skills.
