Position: MEP Assistant Manager

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Kolaghat, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP BIM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Coordinate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution.

Review MEP models, shop drawings, and project deliverables to maintain quality standards.

Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection activities using Revit and Navisworks.

Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and mentor junior BIM engineers.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.

Conduct project planning, progress tracking, and resource management to achieve project milestones.
