Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for MEP, Architecture & Structural BIM Modelers (multiple level position ranging from 2 - 10 Yrs experience), located in Chennai. The role involves creating and managing accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating construction drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital technologies like VR and AR is a plus
