Primary Job Responsibilities
- Mentoring Students for UPSC preparation.
- Coordinate regarding students learnings, study schedule, weaker areas, improvement,
etc.
- Clear doubts of students regarding their academic requirements and also help them
manage the exam pressure.
- Be the support system for the students during this cumbersome journey.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Candidate should have given at least 2 Mains Examination of UPSC.
- Candidate should be well versed with UPSC syllabus.
- Candidate should have a good command of general studies and their optional subject
particularly.
- Candidate should be pro-active in helping students.
- Candidate should engage proficiently with the team and the students.
- A good command over Essay Paper will be an added advantage.
- Duly updated with current affairs.
