Mentor – Phonics, Spoken English and Hindi Grammer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mentor specializing in Phonics, Art, and Chess. The position is based in Delhi, India. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging educational content tailored to children, focusing on improving their phonics skills, artistic abilities, and chess strategies. Daily tasks include planning interactive lessons, conducting hands-on workshops, mentoring children to boost their skills and confidence, and fostering their overall intellectual and creative development.

• Proficiency in teaching Phonics, including strong grasp of language and sound principles
• Strong skills in Art, with experience in conducting creative and engaging workshops
• Solid understanding of Chess strategies and techniques; ability to teach and mentor children at various skill levels
• Experience working with children and fostering learning in a supportive, engaging manner
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create lesson plans and deliver content interactively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring children is an advantage
