About NEST

NEST – A NxtGen Career School is an industry-integrated career skilling initiative that partners directly with colleges through formal MOUs to prepare undergraduate students, primarily in engineering and AI/ML streams, for careers in GCCs and MNCs.

About the Role

As a Mentor at NEST, you will represent NEST on college campuses and guide students through applied, real-world learning. You will travel to partner colleges across Tamil Nadu, conduct mentoring sessions, mentor students individually and in groups, and represent NEST's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to partner colleges across Tamil Nadu to conduct mentoring sessions.

- Guide students through applied learning rather than rote memorization.

- Explain technical and career concepts clearly and patiently.

- Stay updated with evolving technology and industry trends.

- Collaborate with the NEST team and other mentors.

- Communicate effectively in English and Tamil.

- Represent NEST professionally during campus visits.

Eligibility

- Computer Science / IT background
