Role Description

This full-time, work from home role in India involves guiding and mentoring aspiring interior designers. The Mentor will provide valuable insights, support students growth and creativity, and share real-world industry expertise. Key responsibilities include delivering educational content, reviewing design projects, offering constructive feedback, and staying updated with the latest industry trends to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Interior Design Principles, Space Planning, and Design Aesthetics and Commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools
• Ability to mentor, inspire creativity, and guide students through complex design concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver content and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in managing design projects or working in the interior design industry
• Adaptability to diverse learning styles and the ability to provide personalized guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
