This is a full-time on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Mentor in Data Structures and Algorithms. As a mentor, you will guide students through the concepts of data structures and algorithms, develop structured teaching plans, and assist in enhancing their problem-solving skills. You will also provide mentorship through personalized sessions to support their learning process, develop course materials, and ensure the content stays up-to-date with current technology trends.

• In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, with strong programming skills.
• Experience with educational content creation or curriculum development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor students effectively.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage.
