Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to drive the delivery of Mental Math programs on our EdTech platform. The role involves leading faculty, ensuring curriculum alignment, optimizing class delivery, and enhancing student engagement through data-driven insights and structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead and mentor Mental Math faculty, ensuring high-quality teaching and curriculum alignment.

Manage class delivery, schedules, assessments, and student feedback workflows.

Monitor live class metrics to improve engagement and teaching effectiveness.

Collaborate with curriculum teams to align lesson plans and teaching methods.

Drive student outcomes through performance tracking and data analysis.

Conduct parent connects to discuss student progress and address concerns.

Ensure smooth program operations and cross-team coordination.

Maintain and update teaching resources for consistent content delivery.

Key Requirements:-

• 5+ years of experience in EdTech/education with team leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of Mental Math methodologies and online teaching tools.
• Proven ability to manage teams, workflows, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling parent interactions and monitoring class performance.

Qualifications:-

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Mental Math (preferred).
• Prior experience in EdTech leadership roles is a plus.
