Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. As a Telemarketing Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in men's apparel, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships. Your daily tasks will include conducting outbound calls, promoting the brand to potential customers, managing a portfolio of clients, and identifying new opportunities to expand business growth. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Experience in telemarketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the fashion and apparel industry, preferably in men's wear.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the retail or fashion sector is advantageous.
