The team

The Enabling Areas Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Requirement

• Minimum 9 - 14 years of IT Application Development Experience across major technologies like Microsoft, Low Code no code.
• Minimum 6 - 7 Years of experience on Mendix.
• Experience in Mendix Native mobile App (2 to 3)
• Mendix Certification Level of minimum Advanced or Expert.
• Experience of leading development teams.
• Proven experience as a Mendix Solution Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Mendix projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance Mendix applications.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Build reusable components.
• Ability to build Custom components if necessary.

Qualification

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree

Preferred Location: Gurgaon
