Job Title: Mendix Sr. Developer
Experience Required:
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Mendix.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 2 complete Mendix projects (from development to deployment).
- Candidates who are not currently working on Mendix but have prior relevant project experience can also be considered.
Work Location:
- Chennai/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Noida /Gurugram/ Hyderabad.
- Hybrid (Work from Office as per the current policy).
- Remote work may be considered for a short duration.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–12 years overall experience, with the last 4 years of relevant Mendix experience.
- Hands-on experience in developing complex microflows with multi-level approval workflows.
- Strong experience in REST API integrations.
- Experience in at least two complete Mendix implementations (development through deployment).
- Strong experience in data modeling and data structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience motivating, coaching, and evaluating team members.
- Ability to define and implement Mendix development best practices and coding standards.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of technology decisions, performance optimization, client-server communication, data interfacing, and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UI teams.
- Experience leading or contributing throughout the software development lifecycle to solve complex engineering challenges.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Mendix GenAI Resource Pack.
- Experience using Azure AI or AWS AI solutions.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining business applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience implementing UI designs using templates provided by UI/UX designers.
- Good communication skills and the ability to act as a single point of contact while supporting team members.

- Candidates must have practical hands-on Mendix experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Specifically looking for candidates with 6+ years of overall IT experience. Profiles with less than 6 years overall experience will be rejected even if they have 4+ years of Mendix experience.
