About the Role

As a Lead Engineer in Memory Layout Design, you'll play a pivotal role in developing SRAM/ROM memory circuits, working with our global engineering teams to ensure top-quality product designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality layouts for SRAM Memory IPs
  • Perform critical layout checks (LVS, DRC, DFM, EMIR)
  • Review layouts and support layout teams
  • Prepare and validate design kits
  • Automate layouts and develop supportive scripts
  • Innovate and improve productivity within the team
  • Sign off and release IP validation test chips
  • Document specifications and support silicon bring-up and characterization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (8+ years experience) or Master's degree (6+ years) in Semiconductors/Microelectronics/VLSI Engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in Memory and Custom Mixed-Signal layouts
  • Proficiency in SRAM layouts, Testchip integration, and EDA tools (Synopsys, Mentor, Cadence)
  • Strong understanding of fabrication steps, layout effects, and analog mixed-signal design concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced technology nodes (45nm and below)
  • Programming knowledge for design automation
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
