Role Overview

We are looking for a Meme & Content Creator who understands Telugu meme culture, Instagram trends, reels trends, and youth internet culture.

The role involves managing NIAT's in-house meme/community pages, creating trend-driven content, and building a strong meme community for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute meme/content campaigns
• Manage and grow in-house meme/community pages
• Create relatable and trend-based content
• Track meme trends, reels trends, and viral formats
• Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Maintain posting consistency and execution timelines
• Handle basic editing and content publishing independently

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Telugu meme culture and Instagram trends
• Ability to identify and execute trends quickly
• Basic editing and meme creation skills
• Strong sense of humour and content timing
• Creative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
• Familiarity with Instagram content ecosystems and audience behaviour

Preferred Profile

• Candidates actively involved in meme/content creation ecosystems.
• Candidates running or managing meme/content pages are preferred.
• Portfolios/pages with strong organic engagement and trend execution are a plus.
