You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or a degree in Hospitality/Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales and Marketing in large luxury operation.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
