Job Title: Membership Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Representatives to drive
membership acquisition and renewals. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong customer engagement, and the ability to consistently achieve defined revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new members through walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach
- Conduct facility tours and deliver effective presentations to prospective members
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure timely conversions
- Proactively engage with existing members to drive renewals and minimize attrition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions within CRM systems
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles in similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses will be an advantage
