Job Description

Job Title: Membership Sales Consultant

Location: Gurgaon Sec 65

Department: Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Representatives to drive membership acquisition and renewals. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong customer engagement, and the ability to consistently achieve defined revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of new members through walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct facility tours and deliver effective presentations to prospective members
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure timely conversions
  • Proactively engage with existing members to drive renewals and minimize attrition
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions within CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles in similar industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred
  • Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses will be an advantage

Hiring Preference

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
  • Candidates with experience in membership or subscription sales environments are strongly preferred
