About the role:

The Membership Sales and Marketing - Engagement Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for driving the growth of our membership base through proactive sales strategies and ensuring high member satisfaction through engaging activities and strategic partnerships. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury, exceptional sales acumen, and a talent for building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in creating premium experiences, nurturing high-value member relationships, and representing the brand with confidence, elegance, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Acquisition

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales goals by effectively presenting the club's premium value proposition to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, qualify, and manage prospective members through networking, referrals, offline events, and strategic outreach. Own the entire sales funnel from first contact to successful conversion.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized consultations and presentations that highlight tailored travel and lifestyle solutions aligned with each prospect's aspirations.

Offline Activation & Client Engagement

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive offline activations including private showcases, luxury brand events, curated dinners, and member meetups to drive engagement and attract prospects.
  • Member Relationship Management: Act as a primary contact for high-value membersproactively gather feedback, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless premium experience.
  • Retention Management: Implement strategic retention initiatives and personalized engagement programs to maintain strong renewal and retention rates.

Brand Alliances & Strategic Partnerships

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard luxury partners (airlines, hotels, travel brands, premium retail, fine dining, and lifestyle partners) to enhance member privileges.
  • Partnership Management: Oversee end-to-end partnership execution, ensuring value delivery from partners and maximum benefit awareness for members.
  • Co-Branded Initiatives: Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, curated events, and brand experiences that amplify visibility and elevate member engagement.

Must- have Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in luxury sales, membership sales, or high-end client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate luxury value propositions.
  • A strong network within affluent/HNI communities is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (ZOHO).
  • Proven capability in managing and negotiating strategic, high-value partnerships.
  • Impeccable presentation, grooming, and the ability to confidently handle high-profile clientele.
  • A genuine love for luxury travel, lifestyle experiences, and creating memorable member journeys.
