Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Membership Consultant role based in Pune City. The Membership Consultant will welcome and engage prospective members, conduct facility tours, and explain membership options, pricing, and benefits. They will handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and digital channels, follow up with leads, and guide prospects through the sign-up process. The role involves achieving monthly membership sales targets, accurately completing contracts and documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records in the membership system. The consultant will provide ongoing support to existing members, address questions and concerns, and collaborate with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure a positive member experience and strong retention.
Qualifications
- Strong membership-focused skills, including Membership Sales and Membership management.
- Effective interpersonal abilities, with excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including consultative selling and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM or membership software.
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or sports/fitness is an advantage.
