This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Consultant, based in Navi Mumbai. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective members, promoting the benefits of Ileseum's services, and converting inquiries into memberships. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns, managing membership sales processes, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the club's growth goals through active engagement with the community.

• Proven expertise in Membership Sales and the ability to successfully promote and sell memberships
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain offerings and connect with potential members
• Customer Service skills to foster a positive member experience and proactively address client needs
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to achieve and exceed membership targets
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in the sports, fitness, or hospitality industry is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
