Role summary
Join the athenaIT engineering team to design, build, and support Sales Cloud solutions that enable internal sales and revenue operations. This is a handson role focused on Apex, LWC, Flow automation, integrations, and operational support. AgentForce / Agent Workspace experience is a plus. You'll work closely with developers, architects and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce features on Sales Cloud: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, and sales processes.
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning record pages to improve seller productivity.
- Implement declarative automation via Flow and migrate legacy automations to modern Flow patterns.
- Write bulkified Apex, asynchronous processes (Queueable/Batch), and robust unit tests.
- Support integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) and work with middleware teams for secure data exchange.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform rootcause analysis, and implement longterm fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX / Git), and release deployments.
- Document designs, runbooks, and operational procedures comply with internal change control and audit processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements and iterate quickly.
Required qualifications & skills
- 1.5-4 years of handson Salesforce development or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid Apex skills (synchronous and async patterns), SOQL, SOSL, and trigger design with bulkification.
- Working experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and clientside JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud objects, lead conversion, opportunity lifecycle, and sales processes.
- Practical experience with Flow Builder (screen flows and recordtriggered flows).
- Basic integration knowledge (REST APIs, authentication/OAuth) and ability to collaborate with integration teams.
- Comfortable with Git and sourcedriven development basic CI/CD exposure (Salesforce DX).
- Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience active Trailhead badges or Platform Developer I is a plus.
