Role & responsibilities

The Privileged Access Management Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and

maintaining software applications and platforms, with a focus on privileged access management

(PAM). CyberArk expertise and an understanding of security compliance is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage privileged access and assist with Security Policy, Governance, and compliance

testing (SOX).

  • Collaborate with global teams to design, deploy, and enhance PAM solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
  • Work with engineers to implement solutions, conduct code reviews, and stay updated on

development trends.

  • Support onboarding of PAM and manage privileged access.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to review automation and controls.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BS/BEng/BTech degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in CyberArk PAM (Secure Password Vault, Central Policy Manager, Privileged

Session Manager, conjur).

  • Knowledge of infrastructure, IAM (SSO, MFA), networking, and application security.
  • Familiarity with authentication platforms (Kerberos, LDAP, AD) and Federation protocols

(OAuth, SAML, JWT).

  • Experience with commercial IAM platforms (okta, Active Directory).
  • Working knowledge of Web Service APIs (JSON, XML), Salesforce, and automated

testing (Selenium).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with governance and compliance
  • Familiarity with source control and automated pipelines (Git, GitLab, jenkins).

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with cloud-native/microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development, Secure SDLC, and Salesforce DX.
  • Experience with globally-distributed teams and large enterprises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Experience with various programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
