About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer (MTS-3) to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure that powers high-throughput, distributed systems.

You will collaborate closely with application teams to enhance system performance, availability, observability, and developer productivity.

This role requires strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation.

What You will Do

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS

• Build, operate, and scale production-grade Kubernetes clusters

• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and tooling using Java or Go

• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability across distributed services

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in distributed environments

• Implement security best practices and ensure infrastructure compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform and infrastructure improvements

• Contribute to scalable system design and operational excellence

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering / Platform Engineering / SRE

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS: Compute (EC2, Autoscaling), Networking (VPC, Load Balancers), Storage (EBS, S3) & IAM & Security

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes: Cluster operations, Networking & service discovery, Scaling & performance tuning and Troubleshooting production workloads.

• Strong programming skills in Java or Go

• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems and System Design

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred) & CloudFormation.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus and Grafana.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Service Mesh: Istio and Linkerd.

• Exposure to high-scale distributed systems

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices

• Experience building internal developer

• Familiarity with GitOps workflows
