Company Description Excite Japan operates a comprehensive internet portal that offers essential online services used in daily life. The company provides web search, news, weather, dictionary, translation, route guidance, maps, fortune-telling, and other convenient tools. Excite Japan also runs specialized services such as Woman Excite for women-focused content, user-generated craft site Atelier, and various community and entertainment services including Friends and Love & Marriage. In addition, the company develops services for smartphones like iPhone and Android, as well as the BB.excite internet connectivity service, delivering a wide variety of digital solutions to a broad user base.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Chennai. The Member will support the delivery and enhancement of Excite Japan's online services, working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with content updates, coordinating with internal teams, supporting basic data entry or quality checks, and helping maintain accurate information across portal features. The role may also involve responding to internal queries, following established workflows, and contributing to process improvements as needed.
Qualifications

Ability to work accurately with online content and data, with strong attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with web portals, online services, or internet-based products.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Comfort using computers and common office software; willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to follow structured processes.
Full-time availability to work on-site in Chennai.
Prior experience in online service operations, data entry, or customer support is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree and proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
