Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Clinical Training

  • Receive hands-on training in the emergency department.
  • Manage patients with various medical and surgical emergencies.

Critical Care Management

  • Gain expertise in resuscitation, stabilization, and advanced life support techniques.
  • Handle critical care scenarios effectively.

Triage and Prioritization

  • Efficiently triage and prioritize patients based on the severity of conditions.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate care delivery.

Diagnostic Skills

  • Develop strong diagnostic capabilities to assess patients quickly.
  • Order and interpret relevant medical tests and investigations.

Treatment and Procedures

  • Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and wound suturing.
  • Manage acute medical and surgical conditions.

Team Coordination

  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure seamless patient care through proper communication and coordination.

Medical Emergency Management

  • Manage emergencies like cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, sepsis, and acute neurological conditions.

Trauma Care

  • Provide care for trauma patients with injuries from accidents, falls, or violence.
