Melting supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Melting Supervisor, located in Lodhika. The Melting Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the melting department, manage and monitor melting processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves supervising the melting team, troubleshooting operational issues, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, the Melting Supervisor will ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures while coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets.

• Experience in melting operations, equipment maintenance, and metallurgy
• Proficiency in inventory management and production planning
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues effectively
• Technical diploma or degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the iron casting industry is a plus
