Job Summary
The Senior Analyst – Order Management is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in order processing. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, validation, fulfillment, and invoicing
- Review and validate customer orders for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Handle order-related escalations and provide timely resolution
- Monitor order queues and ensure SLA adherence
- Perform root cause analysis on order issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Provide regular reports and insights on order performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 6-9 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shared services or global delivery environment
- Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes
- Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
