Job Description:

Role: Oracle Fusion Finance

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, support, enhancement, and business process analysis. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of finance modules, configuration, testing, integrations, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
• Configure financial modules and validate business processes.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution within SLA timelines.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Expertise in end-to-end Finance business processes.
• Experience in configurations, setups, and security.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Fusion integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes.
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
