Job Description:
Role: Oracle EPM Techno Functional Consultant - FCCS
Skill: FCCS, Narrative Reporting, Oracle Cloud Finance implementation
Experience: 6+
Location: Chennai
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
- Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS, Narrative Reporting.
- Hands-on experience configuring FCCS across multiple areas (segments, profiles, reconciliation processes, etc.).
- Strong background in building data integrations for FCCS using Oracle Integration Cloud (minimum 2+ projects).
- Proven ability to implement FCCS transaction matching modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (preferred)
Good-to-Have:
- Basic understanding of Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)
- Ability to effectively communicate with 3rd Party vendors and other support teams.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process.
- Able to perform multiple roles analyst/lead developer, and drive integration project to successful closure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Certification in Oracle EPM Cloud is a plus.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- 1 Lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS solutions across at least two full lifecycle projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- 2 Configure FCCS components including segments, profiles, processes, risk ratings, frequency, account types, and aging.
- 3 Develop and deploy FCCS compliance and transaction matching modules.
- 4 Build and manage data integrations using Oracle Data Management and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- 5 Ensure robust testing (Unit testing, SIT, UAT) and smooth deployment of ARCS solutions.
- 6 Conduct workshops and collaborate regularly with stakeholders and business owners to gather
- requirements and present solutions.
- 7 Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues in production environment
- 8 Staying updated on Oracle Finance Cloud features, technical advancements, and best practices.
Minimum Qualification:
Candidate should have 15 years of continuous fulltime education.
