Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Role 1: Associate Recruiter

Salary Range: INR3.6 LPA + Performance Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's Degree (any discipline)

Freshers are welcome to apply

Prior experience in International Voice Process (US/UK/Australia) is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across industries such as Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, and Construction.

Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and job suitability.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.

Perform candidate searches through databases, job portals, and professional networks.

Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.

Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Role 2: Business Development Executive

Department: US Staffing (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Conduct business development activities including prospecting, research, and client outreach.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates and actively market them to new and existing clients.

Generate contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities from new and inactive accounts.

Track and move opportunities through the sales funnel to close deals.

Recruiting & Client Coordination

Understand client requirements and define job positions for the US market.

Identify and source qualified candidates for industries such as BFSI, Automotive, Construction, Engineering, and Aerospace.

Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate suitability and interest.

Present candidate profiles highlighting technical expertise, experience, and soft skills.

Negotiate salary/rates and resolve candidate concerns.

Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews.

Business Impact

Make informed business decisions that positively impact revenue and profitability.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
