Role And Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for US Non-IT/ Healthcare clients.
Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements (For example: Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Aerospace & Healthcare professionals), skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks and recruit qualified professionals for roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Accountant, Construction Manager, Quality Engineer, Financial controller, Financial Analyst Therapists, Registered Nurses, Therapists, Physicians and other Allied Healthcare professional roles.
