Job Title: Payroll Specialist (AUS/NZ/US/UK geography)

Job Description:
- Ensure delivery and contractual commitments of the HRO are met
- Performing all Payroll related activities (Pre and Post payroll)
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Non- Technical)
- MBA in HR (Preferred)
- Expertise in Payroll for AUS/US/UK/NZ geography
- Certification in any payroll (preferably AUS/US/UK)
Job Requirements:
- Should have experience in Any International Payroll Platform
- Extensive knowledge of the Aus/US/UK payroll function including internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Related software, Proficient with payroll software.
- Understanding of Aus/US/UK Payroll systems including interfaces.
- Knowledge of Employee Document Services, Policies and Tools.
- Knowledge of Aus/US/UK Leave Administration, data management tools, disability management system and
- pay practices.
- Complies with Aus/US/UK Statutory and local Aus/US/UK legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Update's payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers
- Knowledge of HR process administration.
- Ensure all Pay slips are generated accurately and on time. efficient and timely HR transactional services in line with agreed SLA's (including Payroll Schedules), Regulatory guidelines and Statutory / Legal requirements
