To run initiatives in line with key objectives of the Business in order to attain the banks objective of business

leadership.

Branch & Lead Management 1 Meeting the Branch Manager/Cluster Heads/Circle Head

2 Review CRM leads.

3 Circle Drive.

4 Review the Documented branch meeting through

Cogent/mails

Alternate business channel creation and management 1. Engaging with Regional seniors across all

channels like Merchant team, Smart hub

vyapar, Commercial cards, Agri, Core EEG ,

ABCP for ensuring smooth flow of business

2. Creating and implementation regional

strategies for continuous growth in business

numbers, including working with various large

associations, dealers and distributors of all

industry

3. Mentoring Territory Head and enabling them

for vast coverage of activities which generate

continuous business leads

Cross Selling 1. Executing Cross Sell Contests for RMs

2. Driving team to ensure Cross Sell targets are met

Logins -New + Enhancement 1. Monitor & Review -Target achievement per TH,

2. Discussion with Credit, Operations

3. Review of ABND

Renewals 1. Review of CAM renewals pending

2. Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases

3. Interacting with Credit

CAM conditions review/OBA review 1. Review of Other Bank CA/CAM pending.

2. Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases

3. Process Streamlining

FTNR 1. Highlighting & review of Login & Disbursement FTNR

Delinquency management 1. Involve Collections Team for Chronic cases

Complaints : CRM / MD / PNO / CRO 1. Ensure resolution & reply within TAT
