Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEE / Boiler Incharge located in Bharuch GIDC Saykha. Responsibilities include overseeing boiler operations within the MEE plant, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards, monitoring power generation and plant performance, collaborating with teams to manage projects, and providing leadership to the operational team. The MEE/ Boiler Incharge will ensure the facility operates efficiently and adheres to all environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in MEE / Boiler handling is required.
• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage teams efficiently
• Proven experience in Power Generation and working within Power Plants
• Project Management expertise, including planning, organizing, and executing operations
• Prior experience in Team Leadership with a focus on collaboration and performance optimization
• Experience with environmental compliance and industrial safety regulations is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field
