Job Title: Senior Manual Test Analyst
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bangalore (WFO- Hybrid Mode)
Job Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Manual Test Analyst with strong experience in
UI and API testing, along with
at least 1 year of hands-on automation testing experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working in Agile environments, and able to collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members. Experience working on
SAP applications is a good-to-have.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for web and application-based systems
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Conduct UI testing to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman / Swagger / similar tools
- Validate data using basic SQL queries where required
- Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and functional testing
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
- Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to automation testing efforts (minimum 1 year experience)
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong experience in UI Testing and API Testing
- At least 1 year of hands-on Automation Testing experience
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / similar
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience testing SAP applications
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of performance or security testing basics
