Review and edit transcribed reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Ensure all transcriptions comply with required style guidelines, organizational standards, and legal regulations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive medical information at all times.
Communicate with medical professionals to clarify unclear audio, missing details, or inconsistencies in recorded reports.
Apply strong listening and typing skills, along with knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, to produce high-quality transcriptions.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
Support documentation needs within the department by ensuring timely and reliable delivery of transcribed reports.
