Germanten Hospital is expanding its International Patient Services Division and is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team.
Position: Medical Tourism Executive
Location: Hyderabad, India
Focus Regions: GCC, Africa, and Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate international patient inquiries and treatment plans.
- Build partnerships with medical facilitators, travel agencies, and referral networks in target regions.
- Assist patients through the entire process from consultation to discharge and follow-up.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and an excellent patient experience.
- Execute digital and online ad campaigns to attract and support international patients.
Desired Profile:
- Candidates with prior experience in medical tourism or international patient handling preferred.
- Experience working with MIOT Hospital or similar international healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage cross-cultural interactions effectively.
