Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Chennai for an experienced Medical Tourism executive role. The responsibilities include coordinating travel and medical arrangements, providing top-notch customer service, promoting the organization's services, and collaborating with medical facilities and clients. The role also involves consulting with patients to understand their needs, assisting them with travel logistics, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in the medical tourism industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of Travel and Tourism, with the ability to plan and manage travel itineraries seamlessly.
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to address inquiries and provide support in a professional manner.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to promote services and build client relationships.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare and medical tourism is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
