We are seeking an experienced Medical Superintendent for our Multi Speciality Hospital in West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate will have 12-20 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of leading hospital operations and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital and ensure efficient functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate with department heads to manage staff, resources, and patient services effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards set by local and national authorities.
• Lead and manage quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between medical staff, administration, and patients to promote a cohesive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for medical staff and provide necessary training and development.

Skills and Qualifications

• MD/MS in Medicine or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical and administrative staff.
• Experience in Hospital Management
• Exp as Deputy Medical Superintendent or Medical Superintendent
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and hospital management software.
