Preferred Education:- MHA (Master of Healthcare Administration) / MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) / MBBS / MBA Hospital Administration / MBA Healthcare Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

1. Work with Head - Clinical Services to develop, implement and monitor clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
2. Build rapport with the Clinicians so as to ensure the necessary clinical protocols are being smoothly disseminated and followed.
3. Supervise, train, and motivate clinicians, nurses, and support staff in ensuring compliance with medical laws.
4. Develop metrics to measure the adherence of the protocols and SOPs and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken based on the metrics.
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) standards and local health regulations related to all clinical objective elements.
7. Ensure Clinical protocols are in line with the infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
8. Implement process improvements for faster patient turnaround and satisfaction.
9. Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
10. Work in coordination with Quality team to ensure clinical compliances.
11. Govern and advice on Medico legal issues and its responses, mitigation strategies.
12. Ensure Ethics Committee Meeting is conducted in line with the aligned objectives.
