Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Superintendent at Amara Hospital, located in Tirupati Urban. The Medical Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. The role involves managing medical staff, developing and implementing healthcare policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and coordinating between different departments. Responsibilities also include budgeting, quality assurance, and participating in strategic planning for hospital growth and development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Expertise in healthcare policies, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
• Ability to manage medical staff and coordinate between departments
• Experience in budgeting and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and relevant certification in hospital administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior medical management role
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools
• Experience in a large hospital setting is preferred
