Job Description
We are looking for experienced Medical Scribes with strong knowledge of US Healthcare documentation standards. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate patient charts by connecting with provider in virtual. This is purely night-shift role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
Scribe medical record documentation utilizing EMR applications.
Update patient history, physical examination findings, and other health information in the prescribed format.
Ensure accurate, real-time, and error-free documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Coordinate with physicians/providers for documentation clarification when required.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Live Medical Scribing.
Mandatory experience with US-based clinics / US Healthcare scribing.
Typing speed of minimum 40 WPM.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
Experience working with e-clinical works application.
Ability to work independently in a secure and private location.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and proper work-from-home setup.

Must Have Experience
Experience in Live Scribing as a primary scribe.
Note : Applicant should have dedicated Work space, Laptop, WIfi, and Dual Monitor at their palce. This role is completely Work From Home.
