Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, medical societies, and other relevant stakeholders in assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Serve as a credible and trusted scientific resource for healthcare professionals, providing accurate and up-to-date information on our products, disease states, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
  • Identify and engage with potential investigators for company-sponsored clinical trials and support investigator-initiated research studies (IIS) by providing scientific and logistical support.
  • Deliver scientific presentations and educational programs to HCPs, both individually and in group settings, to enhance understanding of disease states, treatment options, and our company's products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of scientific strategies and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific developments, clinical data, competitor products, and industry trends within assigned therapeutic areas, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to medical inquiries from HCPs, patients, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, advisory boards, and other scientific meetings, presenting data, participating in discussions, and networking with key opinion leaders and industry experts.
  • Contribute to the development of scientific materials, including slide decks, publications, and educational resources, in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS+ or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a medical affairs or scientific liaison role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and attend scientific meetings and conferences as needed.
