Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Sales Representative based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves promoting PhysioPlus's services and products, identifying and engaging potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals. The representative will also demonstrate medical knowledge effectively, provide top-notch customer service, and support clients in adopting and utilizing the PhysioPlus platform. Regular reporting, strategizing sales initiatives, and staying informed about the latest trends in physiotherapy and healthcare will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Medical Sales and an understanding of sales strategies in the healthcare or physiotherapy sector.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Background knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy for effective product understanding and client engagement.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and part of a team in a hybrid setup.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in the physiotherapy or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
