We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & BD Manager to lead client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion for our rehabilitation and wellness services. This role requires strong industry knowledge and proactive field sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on-field business development visits to hospitals, doctors, physiotherapists, and corporates.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with referral sources and community networks.
- Drive revenue growth through structured outreach and lead conversion.
- Guide and support junior sales team members.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent Arigato at events, camps, corporate wellness activities, and networking programs.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications- 47 years of experience in Sales/BD (healthcare, rehab, pharma, wellness industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to independently manage field operations.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
